We want you to love your purchase. If something isn't quite right, we're happy to help. Please review our return policy below before requesting a return.

Return Authorization Required

To ensure your return is processed correctly, all returns must be authorized before they are sent back. Please contact us within 14 days of your delivery date to request a Return Authorization (RA).

Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused or returned to the sender.

Return Eligibility

Approved returns must be shipped back within the timeframe provided in your Return Authorization.

To be eligible for a refund, items must:

  • Be unworn, unwashed, and unused.
  • Be in their original condition with all original tags attached.
  • Be returned in their original packaging whenever possible.
  • Be free of stains, makeup, deodorant marks, perfume, cologne, smoke or other scents, pet hair, excessive lint, or any other signs of wear or use.

Because we cannot resell merchandise that has been worn or altered, we reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet these requirements. If a return is rejected, the item may be shipped back to the customer at the customer's expense.

Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Sale or clearance merchandise.
  • Gift cards.
  • Limited edition or promotional items marked Final Sale.
  • Any item that has been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is the result of our error or a verified manufacturing defect.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for ensuring their return package is delivered to us. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and securely packaging your return. We are not responsible for return packages that are lost, stolen, misdelivered, or damaged while in transit back to us.

Items Damaged During Return Shipping

Returned merchandise must arrive in the same condition in which it was received.

If a returned item is damaged due to insufficient packaging or damage sustained during return transit, the return may be denied. Please package your return carefully to help prevent damage during shipping.

Incorrect or Defective Items

If you receive an incorrect item or believe your item has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

If we determine the error was ours, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label and either replace the item or issue a full refund.

Normal wear and tear, accidental damage, improper care, misuse, or damage occurring after delivery are not considered manufacturing defects.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

If your return does not meet the requirements outlined in this policy, no refund will be issued and the item may be returned to you at your expense.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different size or style, simply return your eligible item for a refund and place a new order, subject to product availability.

Abuse of Return Policy

Our return policy is designed to be fair to all customers.

To protect our business from misuse, we reserve the right to limit, decline, or refuse returns, refunds, exchanges, or future orders if we determine, in our sole discretion, that a customer has engaged in excessive, fraudulent, abusive, or suspicious return activity. Examples include, but are not limited to:

  • Returning items that have been worn, washed, or altered.
  • Returning merchandise with stains, makeup, deodorant marks, perfume, cologne, smoke or other scents, pet hair, or other signs of use.
  • Returning items outside of the stated return window.
  • Filing false or misleading claims regarding missing, damaged, or defective merchandise.
  • Repeatedly purchasing merchandise with the apparent intent to wear and return it.
  • Returning merchandise that was not originally purchased from our store. 

These measures help us maintain fair pricing and continue providing quality products and service to all of our customers.

How to Start a Return

To request a Return Authorization, please contact us with: 

  • Your order number.
  • The item(s) you'd like to return.
  • The reason for your return.

Once your request has been approved, we'll provide return instructions. Customers are responsible for purchasing their own return shipping label unless the return is due to our error or a verified manufacturing defect.

We reserve the right to update or modify this Return & Exchange Policy at any time without prior notice. The version of this policy in effect at the time your order is placed will govern that purchase.
