At City Xclusive, we're committed to processing and shipping your order as efficiently as possible. Please review our Shipping Policy before placing your order.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully verified.

While our primary processing days are Monday through Friday, we may process and ship orders on weekends when operationally possible. Weekend processing is not guaranteed.

During new product launches, holidays, sales events, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be extended. If significant delays occur, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you.

Shipping Methods

At this time, City Xclusive offers Standard Shipping on all eligible orders.

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout before your order is finalized.

As we continue expanding our product catalog and optimizing our shipping operations, additional shipping options may become available in the future.

Delivery estimates begin after your order has been processed and accepted by the shipping carrier. Estimated delivery dates are provided by the carrier, are estimates only, and are not guaranteed.

Please note: If expedited shipping options become available in the future, selecting an expedited shipping method will reduce the carrier's transit time only. It will not reduce or guarantee faster order processing by City Xclusive.

Shipping charges are subject to change without prior notice. The shipping rate displayed at checkout at the time your order is placed will apply to that order.

Order Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.

Shipping Delays & Carrier Responsibility

Once your order has been processed and accepted by the shipping carrier, responsibility for transportation and delivery rests with the carrier.

City Xclusive is not responsible for shipping delays, missed delivery estimates, service interruptions, lost or misplaced packages in transit, or other delivery issues caused by the shipping carrier, weather conditions, natural disasters, customs processing, labor disruptions, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Carrier delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed by City Xclusive.

Shipping delays do not qualify for refunds of shipping charges, order cancellations, or other compensation.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

If you discover an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately at xclusivestorenyc@gmail.com.

While we will make every reasonable effort to accommodate address correction requests, we cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order has been processed or shipped.

City Xclusive is not responsible for orders shipped to an address provided incorrectly by the customer.

Lost, Stolen, or Delivered Packages

Once your order has been accepted by the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery rests with the carrier.

If your tracking information indicates that your package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, we recommend that you:

  • Check around your delivery location.
  • Verify the shipping address provided at checkout.
  • Check with household members, neighbors, or your property management office.
  • Contact the shipping carrier directly to initiate a delivery investigation.
